Setting Your Own Standards

The defaults are starting points. Replace them with your own standards for each position group. Min = the floor — a clear development priority below this. Good = solid, on-target. Elite = top-end for your level. Each tab is saved independently — switch tabs and save again to set different thresholds per group.
